If you have any mental illness, dont contact this organisation, they expect you to sit in front of people who have slandered your name and they dont seem bothered about it

There were a few hiccups at the start with location of my appointment as the person I saw worked in 2 locations on different days. Everyone was very friendly and reassuring when confusion happened and were very quick to help rearrange appointments.This service helped me greatly with the issues I needed addressed and looking further into what they offer there is a food range of services for different problems. I think a self referral might be quicker than through GP, but the wait I had between referral and first appointment was only a few weeks which compared to other services was short.
