I met with Jeremy a few days ago at his workplace. I was hoping that he could share with me how he works, the processes that he follows and give me some examples of recent successes.He didn't disappoint and Jeremy is clearly a very experienced person.I have no hesitation in using him and recommending him and ProTen to others.

I have used a few local damp specialists and the report that Jeremy from ProTen Services provided was the most comprehensive by far. He didn't try to sell us some of the more expensive solutions like the other 2 companies, instead recommended some remedial work first to see if that sorted the dampness upstairs and installed an extractor in the kitchen, to drop the humidity. Once the roof is done we will get Jeremy back to see if any further work is needed, I would recommend these guys.

Jeremy came to survey my house during the construction of my loft conversion. I had builders on site but wanted his expert knowledge rather than people that weren’t experts in the field. Jeremy was thorough and extremely knowledgable in his field. He suggested something outside of the box as a solution which fitted perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeremy.

If only I’d asked Jeremy to take a look at our home before we bought it. Initially I asked him to check out our cavities for insulation, he very quickly established that there are strong indications that our wall ties were not in the best of health and that we also have an issue with woodworm.Both had been overlooked by the RICS surveyor who’d been to the property to carry out a “not worth the paper it was written on” home buyers report!

Jeremy came round to look at my wall in my sitting room that had a staggered crack that had got progressively worse. He identified the issue and then provided me with information explaining what may have happened and what needed to be done to rectify the situation.Jeremy made everything really transparent and even showed up on the morning that the work was to commence to ensure everyone knew what they were doing and that it was all on track.It was a big job and my wall needed to be knitted back together and then re-plastered. Jeremy ensured that the work was completed to a high standard and that the room had been protected from as much plaster dust as possible.I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy and Pro Ten to resolve issues Damp, decay or any structural repairs. My tenants were complaining of mould in their two bedroom house, they suggested it was because I needed to improve the insulation and modernise some of the interior. Jeremy from ProTen came to survey the property, he completed a thorough inspection of the property and produced an in-depth report. His findings highlighted the problem was in fact condensation causing the mould and that insulating the property would not be at all helpful. Jeremy made useful recommendations on how to manage and reduce condensation as well as identifying some exterior work that needed repair to stop cold spots in the house. I'm extremely satisfied and grateful with the service I received particularly the above and beyond element in providing informative documents to pass to the tenants on what condensation is and how to reduce it. We have been trying to get our damp issue cleared up for a long time but couldn't get a reply form any companies or those that did wernt interested in coming out to see us.We contacted Proten services and they sent out Jeremy very promptly to perform a site survey. Jeremy was very engaing and explain all of the processes he was conducting to determine the damp issues we had. after the survey Jeremey also recommended that we had our internal wall ties checked to make sure there was no damage to the internal ties that are not visable. Thankfully we agreed to get this checked as jeremey showed us on his camera our wallties were close to failing. after the visit jeremy sent a comprehensive quote explaining all of the work to be conducted and a break down of any costs. We decieded to get the wall tie work completed and within a few weeks the job was completed to a very satisfactory level. I would not hesitate in recommending Jeremy and the Proten services team to any of my freinds and family.
