Average sized shop, can pick up a few basic items but to do a big wardrobe shop you'll need to head to a bigger New Look for the full range.Good amount of changing rooms though and a great location with nearby parking

Lovely stuff very helpful one colleague called Paula helped me today when I was looking for an item in store and lovely lady called Isabel served me on the till very polite and a lovely smile. Thank you new look St Albans.

Tidy shop. Lovely staff. Didn't like the clothes much. Huge changing room and cubicles.Mucky floor in there.

Well staffed shop... Great variety in products well stocked with variety ofn sizes... Quick service and they will usually have another member of staff jump on the tills quickly if there is a small queue forming...

I normally only come into new look to have a look around but this time I actually brought a couple of jumpers and some jeans. I don't know if the girl who served me was having a bad day but she was very miserable which is not good. She wasn't rude to me but she had a stone face which I don't like at all. What, do I have to pay extra for a smile?

I done a click and collect today and wasn’t sure of the fit of my dress. I was considering a refund and perhaps a smaller size. I approached a lovely lady named Paula and asked her to have a look at the dress on for her opinion. She happily assisted me to the fitting rooms and gave me wonderful feedback on the dress. In the end I didn’t need a smaller size after all! Thanks Paula :-)

Pick my daughter's parcels up regularly. Largish shop but no men's wear. Staff are usually helpful.

Good sized shop. Not huge but has a good range. My daughter loves shopping here. Often find some bargains in the sale. Sizes are pretty accurate and consistent which is refreshing these days. Great changing rooms with a few seats so I can be nearby while my daughter tries things on.
