King of the castles bouncy castle and hot tub hire

Tried these guys last minute as had been let down and they couldn't have been more helpful and professional. They pulled out all the stops and arrived on time with a fantastic bouncy castle. Good price for hire. Thank you so much for saving our day

I hired this superhero bouncy castle for my sons 3rd birthday on the 8th of Aug I did a online booking to have it for 12pm it came to 12.30pm no bouncy castle arrived so we phoned up the company to explain we booked online for the 8th for 12pm for a castle the young lad on the phone was so apologetic that he been working on his own as his dad been off and that he didn’t see no online booking on that day as it didn’t come through right away so he doubled checked and saw my booking and apologised he said he will have it down to us by 1pm time came to 1.15pm and he rung us to tell us he running late he be 10mins and cos of his mistake and we didn’t get the castle until late he said we could keep it over night and he would collect it the following evening on the 9th Aug and we only booked it for the day!! We was so happy that we had it for extra day as my autism son loved and enjoyed the bouncy castle and was sad to see it go. But the young lads who came was so apologetic and so helpful and I’m pleased with the service I will defo be hiring again thankyou was again x

Saved our little girls birthday party last week after bull dog let us down the morning of the party, we called king of the castle and they got a bouncy castle to us within two hours and it was up before guests got here.
