Fab service, staff & will definitely return. what a great store

Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a phone repair. Handled a warranty issue very professionally, no hassle at all and even delivered the mobile to me in person with a free screen protector and nice protective case! My iPhone 7 is now in perfect condition, it doesn't just look new but the quality is spot on. Thanks to all the guys at Go Mobile, Especially Staffan for getting it sorted so quick.

Do not go here to get a new screen as they are really bad quality and the staff are rude. I had an Apple screen for 2 years before I broke it, got my screen fixed here broke within a couple of weeks had it fixed twice again at this store as the screen kept breaking. Payed around £60 each time because it “was not covered under warranty.” never have I had so many problems with a screen. The screens kept clicking out of place clearly hadn’t been fitted correctly or just poor quality. The staff are all male and rude and didn’t take my complaint seriously, quite intimidating for a young girl. Would never go back there again, plenty of other phone shops in Chester.
