Literally stumbled across their delightful website, how have I not been here before!!!! What a little gem of a shop! Friendly,knowledgeable advice/help. I told them what I was after ,their help was spot on, loads of good quality stock, both fish and all accessories you may/will need!! The fish barn will now be my own go to 1st shop. Well done guys!!!

Well the reviews don’t lie! It’s well worth putting the fish barn at the top of fish shops to go to in Sussex, and is well worth a trip. The tanks are immaculate, with a good selection of livestock as well as incredibly helpful staff.All fish are quarantined, prior to being put out for sale giving real piece of mind and showing obvious care to selling only high quality livestock. The rainbow fish I purchased are awesome, very healthy and showing lovely colours already.I’m really looking forward to my next visit to stock up my tank further, and would highly recommend a visit to the fish barn to others, even if the shop isn’t on your doorstep.Thanks guys!

Loved this place, the fish are kept in pristine conditions, the prices are very reasonable, staff very friendly. There were quite a few fish in stock that I've never seen before anywhere else in the UK in all my travels, particularly live bearers. Plenty of dry goods and aquariums on hand.

Some 45 years ago, I was Manager of the UK,s first and biggest Tropical Fish Farm, initially owned by InterPet, in Walton -on-The -Hill, so I've got a bit of a clue about this trade.I can honestly say that this is the best aquarium shop I have visited. Huge staff knowledge, clean and tidy and above all, the healthiest fish you will come across. Very different from the average Garden Centre. I'm still a keen hobbyist, and this will remain my sole supplier. Well done, chaps !!Graham

Amazing place! So much more than other stores. I get there my full aquarium setup - tank Aquael leddy 75, fluval 207, substrate, plants, wood, water tests and all extras which you need to get started. Very professional service and advise. Store is very clean and tidy. All tanks look very nice and professional. When you are inside this place you know that's a good place to get anything you need as this store owner is passionate about his business. He got a amazing knowledge about aquatics and all stuff from store. Great experience even when you just pop in to see that place! I am looking forward to get my live stock from store just need to wait for tank to settle. I can highly recommend The Fish Barn!!!!PS. I will add more photos when tank is settled and live stock is in.

We cannot thank The Fish Barn enough for welcoming and educating us in to the fascinating world of being fish keepers. Alan and Elliott are simply brilliant - our kids absolutely love going to The Fish Barn and every trip is a fun, learning experience. Would definitely recommend to all, 10/10, top notch, second to none…simply the best.

Have been going to the fish barn for a while now. Alan and Elliot are so friendly and helpful. If you're after something specific, they will try their hardest to source it. They order in my live food every week, so I am guaranteed to get what I need. They always have a lovely selection of tropical fish and african cichlids. They quarantine all of their fish, which not alot of shops do nowadays, so it shows how much they care, as these quarantine tanks could easily just be used for more fish to sellWe love The Fish Barn!
