Anstey Bouncy Castle And Rodeo Bull Hire

I hired the Rodeo Bull for our Wedding Day and was not disappointed. All went smoothly and Mark was very accomodating of our specific requirements.

Anstey Bouncy Castle provided the bouncy castle and soft play area for my son's 3rd birthday party. When I arrived at the venue to begin setting up, the gentlemen with the Anstey were already there. They had everything set up in about 10 minutes. The professionalism of the gentlemen and the quality of their products were excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Good reasonable price

i was really dissapointed with this company as i booked them 2months prior to my sons birthday party and they did not show, when i rang the guy was very rude an said if they havnt rang me 2 days b4 to confirm then obviously they wasnt comin,luckily another company came within 15min else my sons party would hav been spoilt

Booked their rodeo bull, it went down brilliantly with our guests at our wedding, they loved it. I did need to call the guy a few days before to confirm and make payment otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened, but they did agree to alter the booking time at short notice which helped with the plan of our day. Would definitely recommend.

Used them for a few years in the past but seems like standards have dropped since COVID has stuck, for a few bookings we have seen wrong collection times and the prices you see on the website are incorrect and often the price drastically increasesAlso very difficult to deal with on email as customer service isn't kept to a high standard, we will be using one of the other companies in Leicester for our next booking.

Had conformation phone call 2 days before which was good. Castle at the venue before we even arrived at 1pm. Castle hired 4-6pm for a 5th birthday party. It was set up with a twist so inflation was slow and it kept going down but we sorted it. However, at 5.45pm two men came (one was smoking)and began taking the castle down despite me hiring it until 6pm.I was disappointed with the early dismantle considering it was all packed away and gone before the end of the party. Will look to use a different company next year.
