Petpals Romsey

We have booked Petpals Romsey a few times to look after our fur baby Jax. Matt is brilliant and Jax loves him. Means we can enjoy our trips away knowing Jax is well looked after and the house is being checked on.

Our dog has been walking with Petpals Romsey & Winchester for almost two years. It's clear from the greetings at the door that she absolutely loves it. There's never been an issue, we always get feedback, plus Matt and Louise have been incredibly flexible and accommodating of our busy working lives. Thoroughly recommend their services.

Petpals Romsey are an outstanding pet care provider. Matt and the Team, are clearly immensely experienced and are keen to exceed customer expectation every time. Petpals are fantastic communicators, providing regular updates not only on your pets wellbeing, but the safety and security of your home while you are away. They are very trustworthy and extremely professional, I would highly recommend.

We have used PetPals multiple times, fantastic service! Our cat loves her visits, and as well as feeding her Matt will give her love and attention, play with her and send us updates and photos. He will also water plants and turn lights on and off to help the house look occupied, and keep an eye on things for peace of mind. Much less stressful for our cat to stay at home, so she is happier. Wouldn’t use anything else now!

Matt & Louise have been caring for our dog, Arthur, regularly for over a year now taking him on incredible walks of which we are updated of via a route map and photos. They also give him company over lunchtimes when I am working, ensuring that he has consistent and reliable care. Their flexibility and support has been absolutely amazing throughout all aspects of Arthur’s care including visiting him ad-hoc on a weekend and agreeing to a bespoke visiting schedule fitting to my Teaching hours. Matt also came to visit the home before Arthur’s first session to meet Arthur showing great attention to detail and understanding of animal behaviour. We are very pleased with the attention, care and commitment that Matt & Louise offer Arthur every week and would highly recommend their services. Thank you for all you do for our boy! 5 ⭐️

Matt and petpals romsey have provided a fantastic service for us and our little cat poppy on many many occasions. Each time we have poppy booked in whilst we are away, she is brilliantly looked after by Matt dropping into see her either once or twice a day depending on how long we are away. I couldn’t recommend their service highly enough!

Our dog loves his walks and is always so excited to see Matt and Louise! He goes on a different walk everyday and it's lovely to read the little log book and receive pictures! We have been using Petpals Romsey & Winchester for many years now, and can not recommend Matt and Louise highly enough. Our dogs greeting to either of them speaks a thousand words!Both Matt and Louise are wonderful, caring people, and we can rest assured that when our dog is out with them, he is exercised fully, and that they continue to use our commands with him. The daily reports are wonderful to read, and gives a real insight to where they have been, and which doggy pals he has been playing with.5* service!

Matt and Louise are fantastic looking after our cat, Pickle. They are super flexible and trustworthy allowing us to get away for breaks knowing that Pickle is so well looked after. She gets a lot of time spent playing, so much so when we get home she demands the level of attention she gets while we are away! Matt was also great looking after our poorly cat giving meds as needed. Highly recommended knowing that you can trust someone to look after your pet and home so well.
