Exemplary service every time. Kevin fixed my IPhone speaker in minutes. While I waited a young adult on his way to work called in to replace a lost hard drive lead. Kevin was busy with two other customers, but handed him a spare one, kindly wished him on his way, without any question of a transaction.“l’ll settle up later” we heard as he raced off to work and we all knew he would. Because it’s that kind of shop and Kevin is one of those kind of shop keepers. We should all hold him dear to our hearts. He’s a genuine treasure and knows his stuff, without any fuss. He also teaches Scuba diving! It just gets better.

Kevin is absolutely brilliant, reliable and trustworthy and we are very lucky to have him in Elephant and Castle, especially so close to the train/tube stations. It's just in Elephant square then up the stairs.

Kevin is a pleasant, honest and intelligent person. He understands your needs quickly and tries to find the best solution. Speed of service is amazing. It took 24 hours to get a Samsung phone fixed and all the data, contacts, media are preserved in the phone. If I sent the phone to Samsung official service, all of that would be wiped off. I recommend Laughland to everyone.

Kevin is extremely friendly and welcoming, helped me get data from my broken laptop (even allowed me to come back and restart the process when I missed certain files free of charge)! I’ve recommended him to my friends since and I will definitely be back soon.

Kevin is a legend. When Apple and iSmash refused to repair my unresponsive phone, he took his time to see the issue with my iPhone and quickly found and fixed the hardware problem. Highly recommend!
