Absolute sharks. They were called to my site to fix a safety critical automatic door and in my absence their fitter got an administrator to sigh the paperwork as saying the door was functional. The door immediately malfunctioned and despite being a only a mile from our premises refused to rectify and then had the neck to insist on payment tgrough threatening phone calls. Avoid Bolt and Gate, there are better companies out there.
