Very impressed with Sandra who came out to measure for our blinds. I believe this store to be of good quality and good customer service. I have yet to order the blinds as I am still waiting for other work to be completed by another company. Nothing to do with interior designs I will definitely order my blinds from this store.

Dissapointing customer service , called in to this shop 2 weeks ago , only wanted a quote for a single blind chose colour &gave the girl who attended me my measurements , she told me she wasnt able to give me the quote but the owner would however get intouch with me that day , she didn't ! Rang the shop 2 days later to me told yes the owner , Sandra will get back to you but busy at the mo , still not contacted me ! How ever I'm fixed up now with a more reliable service which I'm very happy with !

Absolutely brilliant service! From first going into the shop and having a chat, getting a measurement booked. Then to having them fitted so quickly, there was nothing professionalism throughout the process and Sandra you could tell had experience and really helped me choose the best blinds for our extension. Highly recommend this local business!

I have recently used Creative interiors to supply blinds throughout my house, the service was superb, very knowledgeable staff in the shop who were able to offer the best solutions for my requirements, the quality was superb and they were very cost effective. The fitting service was excellent, polite and friendly fitter who worked effectively and efficiently, I was very happy with the end result and the overall service from everyone involved. I have since returned to creative interiors to supply my kitchen flooring and have been equally impressed with the quality and service provided. I have no hesitation at all in recommending creative interiors.

Ordered weights for vertical blinds from this company's sister company (Oscar Interiors). Goods are well priced and ordering is easy.Only complaint is the carrier ( Royal Mail),who cannot seem to be able to either deliver into the West Midlands or move packages out within the recommended time scale. Please find a better carrier!
