Two huge thumbs up for Regent Sounds from a buddy out in CANADA! Outstanding customer service, and the best price I could find for the product I ordered. I had been looking to buy a Broadcast by Hudson Electronic and not only did Regent Sounds have the best price out there, they also had a Regent Sounds exclusive version that they had done in collaboration with Hudson Electronic.These gents are awesome to deal with. Initially I made a mistake my product selection (I ordered the wrong pedal), and in the shipping address and I didn't realize it until after the order had been placed and the transaction approved. I quickly sent an email to Regent Sounds requesting that the order be cancelled. Moment later (despite the facts that there's an 8 or 9 hour time difference between us), I received an email from Dominic letting me know that he had cancelled the order. I selected the right product, fixed the address, and away I went. The package arrived in just 1 week from when it was shipped. Very impressive. Could not be more pleased with the quality product or with the quality service and the unbeatable price. I highly recommend Regent Sounds!

Best UK guitar store on Denmark Street. The crew working in here are the best. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. So much so that I bought a Gordon Smith guitar from them. This place is the standard for what guitar stores should be. Can't wait to show my Handcrafted in the UK guitar to my friends back in the US. Cheers!

Best shop in London by far. Whatever your grade, you feel comfortable with well engaged friendly and knowledgeable musicians (staff).I took my son for his 1st guitar. Staff were ace! Spent quality time with him to chose the right acoustic. Taught him some basic chords and basic skills. Johnny Marr is now spending 5 hours a day in his bedroom with his new love! Big Thanks!

Had such amazing half hour in this shop. Genuine and knowledgeable staff that’ll reinforce your love for music. I felt so comfortable that I’ve tried two guitars and I usually get a bit shy in guitar stores!I will definitely be coming back for my next guitar.PS: staff is amazing

Went last week and was served by Nick, he was extremely knowledgable about all the equipment and was so helpful with helping me find exactly what I needed and within my budget. The other two people in the shop (Didn’t catch their names) were also very friendly and happy to help/share knowledge in a way that was in no way alienating to someone who knows how to play but knows next to nothing about guitar tech.Denmark street can be intimidating for some especially If you’ve never played guitar before but if its your 1st time picking up a guitar or your 1000th time i would recommend this shop!

Incredible guitar shop with a fantastic array of guitars and equipment and genuine staff. Such a pleasure to chat to the staff about the history of this incredible space.If you love guitars and music history I’m not sure you need to call anywhere else.
