Perfect Smile - Wokingham Dental

I was seen by Dr Tolia. What can I say but an absolutely amazing dentist. Kind, sensitive and very knowledgeable about the my dental problems. Highly recommended!

One of their dentists decided that he doesn’t need to indicate while parking/pulling over so I gave him a little beep because I didn’t know what he was doing. As he pulled up on the pavement out the front of the dentist building in his fancy black car he started swearing at me and my young daughter. Disgusting man, poor driving skills, even worse people skills.

The two main reception girls are always so friendly and accommodating. I’m so happy to have Sonia Santos as my dentist - explains the situation/ calm and a very good and gentle Dentist - she is a credit to her profession.

My dentist Sonia was very professional and reassuring. She asked lots of questions to get to know me (as I had never visited her before) and she made me feel safe and confident in her.

I have been with this dentist for 20 years (moved from Wokingham in that time to Newbury and still wanted to keep the same dentist) Dr Labhani used to be my dentist and superb, could never fault him or his staff. On Monday I called to see if someone could see me as I had cracked my tooth. The receptionist informed me she had only been with the company 2 weeks was utterly rude and told me I hadn’t been for 2 years so was unsure if they would see me. I explained I had been in this year and last year for my routine check ups. She wasn’t having it and said her computer was right! I asked to speak to another staff member, she was also rude and said do you want an appointment or not. I asked to speak to someone else and was told no one was around and the owner was on holiday. They had no concept of customer service and were ignorant. I have now joined the other practice in Peach Street and Eloise couldn’t do enough to help me. Thanks to her I went today and my tooth was repaired. I was shocked to be going for all these years and be spoken to in that way. The 2 women need serious training and a lesson in how to speak to customers, alternatively find employment where they don’t need to speak to customers.

Had a lovely visit today (Never thought I would say that about a dental surgery! ) I have had multiple issues in the past with my teeth so am always very nervous about attending. This is my second visit to this surgery and they are outstanding. Having a hygenist and a dental appointment on the same day would have been unthinkable before this - but Ayesha and Sonia are both lovely. They explain everything they are doing, and make sure you are okay during the appointment. From the moment I walked in until I left everything was very relaxed and comfortable.

Worst experience ever, I have been going to this dentist for 15 years and I'm absolutely appalled of my experience, the rudenes I recieved from the receptionist was completely Unprofessional. I had to change my dentist from him being ill-mannered and not emperthetic towards nervous patients like myself. I have never missed an appointment for 14 years intill I had a persinal issue resulting in me missing a appointment. Explaining this situation to them, they told me I'm no longer a patient at there dentist.

Dentists here are absolutely wonderful (especially Sonia Santos). Calm, professional, and give you a good level of information re appointment checks.Hygienist was over zealous with her equipment, to the point my gums were bleeding (a lot!), and when I said it was sore, I was honestly greeted with a barky, sarcastic 'I am not trying to hurt you'. I feel I have quite a high pain threshold, so when I say it was sore... it was sore. Her response was to almost tell me off like a child being silly.The lady behind Reception never seems to want to be there, and when I asked to book in my appointments for next time (as the denist advised I did), I was dismissed and told they would contact me in six months?! It's been over a year since my last appointment, so I've taken the hint and joined another dentist.A real shame, as the dentists themselves are fantastic. They just don't have the support system in place.

I am very nervous when visiting the dentist, but as soon as you walk in the lovely receptionists welcome you with a smile which automatically makes you feel at ease. Our family dentist is called Sonia, who is very patient & talks you through everything before she's even laid you back in the chair. Our son recently had to have a filling & was constantly asking him if he was okay. I would highly recommend this dental practice
