Booked Martin in for a Boiler Service, as we were well due one after Covid.Booking system was nice and easy - had a call asking if we could change from morning to afternoon a good few weeks beforehand, which we agreed to.Martin texted ahead 20 minutes before arrival which was appreciated! Friendly and Chatty whilst doing the service, was happy to give advice as he worked.Payment was nice and modern with a portable card machine - no fuss and email receipt along with Gas Safe Certificate.Will 100% be returning for out next service - thanks for a really great experience!

Really happy with this service. My phone message was responded to quickly and got an appointment with no messing around. Turned up in the time window specified and gave me 45 mins notice via text message. Fixed within the appointment. Will definitely use again and recommend.
