* A note on grades, I rate outwards from three stars. *We ducked into the Wheatsheaf to escape the rain on a quiet Monday afternoon in Falkirk. Great vibes and service in a much more authentic atmosphere than most modern pubs.We had great conversations with the proprietor and other guests, enjoyed some ales, and noshed on some very welcome meat pies.Vastly exceeded expectations - worth a visit.

Drinks only although you can take food in the beer garden. Great place to go on a sunny day fantastic set up in the beer garden. Staff very helpful and friendly
