Storage Boys

Go find storage elsewhere, not worth it. They lost one of my boxes and its been a year now, I still have not got back my box. Also just to deliver the items back to you they charge £5 per item and that to me is ridiculous. It's literally just a one way trip? not good value for money

I had an amazing experience with Storage Boys. The packing materials provided were amazing, as was the pick up process, very straightforward and easy to follow. I was originally only meant to have things in storage for seven months, which then turned into 12+, and they were very helpful and understanding with the renewals. Just got my things delivered yesterday and everything was in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend them.

I have used Storage Boys for years and I am always very pleased with their service. The drivers are always very helpful and polite, the staff responds very quickly and are responsive. They really treat you like a person, not like a number on their list. They had personal attention towards me (which I haven't received from other companies) and the whole staff really seems to care about the experience their clients have. My boxes are always in perfect condition when they arrive and I always trust my things are safe with them. They haven't given me a reason to think differently.

I had a great experience with Storage Boys. Professional, kind, communicative; they tell you everything you need to know so you aren't left guessing about anything. Got all my stuff back yesterday (including a loose TV) after three months in storage, no issues. I would def use them again for any storage/moving in the future. I had got my stuff packed from you guys 6 months ago. I regret to inform you that it's the most ridiculous packing I have ever seen in my life. I will never recommend this company to anyone at all. All the clothes were dumped inside the boxes with food thrown on top. My shoes and suitcase have not even been packed. I am absolutely offended by this kind of a service.

I have used storage boys for the past 3 years and they have always been on time, very responsive and efficient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend storage boys especially to students!

They charge for every change that you make even for a mistake… also missing some stuff that seemed unnecessary but actually meant a lot to me! I won’t recommend this company to anyone! The packing of belongings in a box was also bad, as things were just thrown around without saving space, they charged me for 4 boxes when everything could fit in 3. The company is ripping off money, especially for international students who during the lockdown were unable to return to the UK and collect their belongings.

I have recently used the service of storage boys and I am absolutely disgusted with their services.First of all when you reserve your slot, which they call it a deposit best believe you won’t be getting it back. They don’t display it as a non refundable deposit until after they pick up your things, which is basically saying we have your things you better pay, that to me is very cheeky but that’s not the problem.Not only are the employees rude but they will slip up and send you the rude email inside of the fellow employee they are sending it too. Then when you ask to speak to the owner he will instead shout at you and give his employee a slap on the wrist. And you don’t receive an apology from the employee for their inappropriate behavior until you say something.The employees not only rude but will assume, my items came back broken and upon sending proof they will assume that your obvious things that are meant to be protected with bubble wrap, or blankets or even styrofoam weren’t protected and blame you for your things being damaged or broken. Better get that insurance because they have no intention of giving you a refund for a very poor job done.This is a very untrustworthy company and advice you to look for something else, because your things are not safe with them!

They want to keep my stuffs for 4 weeks at least until able to be dispatched, even though my new flat is only one hours drive from the old one. Was told that if I want same day delivery it will be 6 times more expensive. Don’t really make sense for me? Offered only partial refund. Terrible experience.
