I purchased car 3 months ago, at the dealership I experienced very friendly welcoming, Abra was very patient with me as I was taking time choosing between 3 cars, he was able to answer all my questions and allowed me collect the car in inconvenient time. After the purchase he was always friendly answering on all my questions where most of the dealerships I have seen just forget about their customers. STAR CARS LONDON truly deserves 5 stars ! If in the future I will be looking for another car definitely thats the dealership I am going to go.

Not very transparent when it comes to disclosure of the state of vehicles. I had all approved by a reputable agency, they advertised the vehicle for £7,300 the agency requested the documents from them to close the deal, they stated that the vehicle was wrongly advertised at £7,300 it should be £7,900 but they will honour the price and will charge £199 admin fee, papers still did not come through and then they came up with a story that the clutch of the automatic vehicle needed repair and there were scratches at the rear. The agency told me that they have never had this before with a dealer, I called them and they said it should be ready by tomorrow I was happy about it but then I received a call that the cost is £8099 … so can the prices and state of vehicles be trusted? I did not go ahead with the purchase. This review is my experience of the process.

A positive customer experience! Malik was polite, professional and helpful. He answered all my questions about the car and he also helped me after completing the purchase with some further questions I had- which was appreciated. The process was very smooth. The only reason I am giving 4 stars (instead of 5) is that I noticed that the car had a few minor problems (faulty single door and window, low battery, low air con fluid, low key battery) which are easy to fix obviously and sort of expected. However, it would be nice to have been told about them since the beginning, to know what to expect.
