Never ever !!Took almost a year to get working drawingsThat still haven’t been approved by an engineer .the first set of drawings were not only a meter off the land , they were positioned wrong .Next issues were structural calculations for the floors after we fitted them and were told they were fine by acpIt turns out they weren’t- at our cost .We also are still waiting for structural calcs for the roofs that again was told have been passed just not officially.They are now on and expecting to have to take them down .They accept no blame or responsibility totalMicky mouse operation
