Shepherds Rest Holistic Therapy

Natasha and her beautiful shepherds hut are an absolute blessing. Natasha is so welcoming, friendly and warm and also so easy to talk to. And the hut itself is beautiful and so serene and in a fabulous location. I have attended a few times both alone and with my partner and we will continue to return as often as we can, the treatments are all amazing. It really is a place of tranquility in this crazy world. Had a full body pregnancy massage today with Natasha. Was absolutely dreamy with lovely oils. She made me feel very comfortable and the massage was very relaxing, tailored to me! The shephards hut it very cozy and warm. You can listen to the birds tweeting while you enjoy your massage. Would highly reccomend a massage here. I cannot emphasis enough how comfortable I felt, especially as a non body confident person. Truly lovely all round!

Natasha is the best therapist I have ever been to. I was staying nearby for a month and booked in for five treatment sessions: Reiki, aromatherapy, hot stones massage and life coaching. She is so skilful, and especially kind and empathetic, and I will really miss her and her treatments until I return to stay next year.Her converted hut is also lovely and cosy, and in a beautiful setting. Her prices are very reasonable too.
