Is this a joke what Sainsbury's is doing to this store? Staff changing everyday and the service is absolutely appalling! The European security guy is the most unfriendly person on hospitality and we don't feel welcome to the shop anymore. All the locals are migrating to Tesco across the road. Big shame on Sainsbury's for letting this store to be run to the ground. You better just shut down and give space to another brand who cares. Like many others customers I know I will never step in to this branch again. Not to say the poor stock availablity and cleanliness. I will be happy to secretly film the customer service provided upon request.

Not very big inside, but you can get most of the basic stuff you need like bread and milk, and the best thing is they open very early, which is good for me.

The nectar scanner on the self checkout machines never work, then you have to wait ages for someone to help you and there’s always some issue. It’s not that hard to make a scanner work, I don’t know how they haven’t fixed it. Such a waste of time and points every time
