Bought internet for home through this store. Internet installation cancelled 2nd time in row. Resentful that I have no internet and wasted time. No trust in shop staff.

Went into the shop today. Female shop assistant came to serve me. I asked for a phone charger to fit a Samsung phone into a cigarette lighter of a car. Told most cars don't have cigarette lighters now. Asked what fitting I wanted. Answered as best I could. In short she was extremely patronising.I can only say she needs to work on her people skills.Walked into another phone shop and got what I wanted straight away.

Ive just joined Vodafone from ee.. the phone and connection ok.. customer services are terrible.. they took a payment out of my account without informing me..!! Trying to get it back is a nightmare. I'll see out the 2yr contract, then goodbye Vodafone.. in my humble opinion don't go with Vodafone.. I've only been with them 1mth. I can only hope they get better..
