St Paul's Church public toilet
I wouldn't give these a star absolutely appalling. Stench of urine..toilets left in a appalling state cannot believe women can be so disgusting. Paying 50p to use facilities I would expect them to be clean

St Paul's Church public toilet
Its not free, costs 50p and scams you by not giving change. Also not providing paper towels. Fairly clean.

St Paul's Church public toilet
So here we are in our capital city, one of the most famous places in the world where the public spend millions of pounds day in day out and these are the public toilets…?!Poor effort.Granted I believe they’re provided by the church (citation needed perhaps?) but even so, c’mon. I really needed to go to the toilet, interpret that how you will but when the payment/entry system thing only takes change rather than card drastic measures had to be taken!!!I’m sure there is a business opportunity here for someone. This is what they need to do;- Spuce up the facility, we’re not in the 60’s any more- install a proper, modern turnstile machine that accepts cards. Charge a quid a throw, I reckon you’d do very well.
