Amazing lady that does exactly what you want So patient with our precious fur babies. Not only is she a talented dog groomer, but a fully qualified vet nurse too.Wouldn't take our dog anywhere else, I highly recommend Ethel and Bert's ❤️❤️

Anna is absolutely fantastic with my bichon jac !He's not the easiest to groom ..has he his such a wriggler.for her ..but Anna is so patient with him ..he loves her so much.And so so I...she does a fantastic cut ..I would never go anywhere else...

This was the first time we've used E & B. We received a fabulous service. Our dog smells gorgeous & his groom is just perfect. Thankyou so much. Would definitely recommend.

So happy to have come across Ethel and Bert’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anna is so considerate of the dogs and their experience whilst in her care. Our girls tend to be nervous little souls but I could tell on just our second visit how excited they were to see Anna again.I was desperate for some help with our two small fur babies teeth. I wish I had a before and after because I couldn’t believe the difference! Teeth are lovely and white, and breath much better.We’ve also had them in for a deshed and trim, and they both came out looking/smelling amazing. Will continue to use and recommend Ethel and Bert’s with no hesitation! Thankyou!!

Absolutely wonderful! Our puppy has been going since he was 4 months. The girls have helped me as a new owner and they have helped Lando be confident, calm and he loves the groomers. They give such a beautiful cut, we could not recommended them enough.

Had a very pawsitive (sorry had to) experience at Ethel and Bert's. Or rather Marvin my pooch did. This is the first time I've had him pampered in this way, normally he just gets a de-shed and claw clip. This time he had the full works and apparently had a smile on his face as he did so! I can tell he had a great time, came out looking great, feeling great (even more so the next morning) and smelling amazing, which has lasted for quite a while since. He even had a bonus bandana which he's sported on his collar ever since which makes him look very smart. Anna was very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I'll be more than happy to return here when I fancy giving him a treat, I'm sure Marvin won't complain either.

Has to be said Anna and team are true professionals … literally there service is what label says on the tin so to speak … we had a fox red Labrador of which they supported him for years with grooming, basic health advice, dental treatment and full dedication!!Our dog was 14 years old but this was no trouble in continuing to support him though he was an old boy.Anna has since advised me of breeders to start new memories with a pup. We will continue to use your services with new dog.Thanks again Anna & Team xx
