Full ranges of different brands, massive selection of frozen goods. Supermarket is clean and well laid out and the staff are friendly. There is a lot of parking in the retail park but it can get busy at peak times like weekends

I went to get some savory pies for the freezer in my garage. They are great for snacking on when busy in the garage. I picked up £20 worth of boxes and then went to the tills, to find only one person serving customers and the queue was halfway round the shop. She didn't seem bothered and didn't call for another till to open up. I stood in line until I could stand it any more! I abandoned the pies in the nearest freezer and walked out! The staff could do with some lessons from Aldi on how to process customers quickly.

Shopping has just arrived with the majority of my frozen food missing . The driver told me to phone the store which is now closed . Absolutely fuming £25 plus worth of food not delivered and I can't contact the store or customer service until morning. On top the that the delivery was late !!

Brilliant shop most of the time, no problem, just recently it's a problem with some of till staff that seem to be don't want to sound rude but maybe in bit older age and can't always keep us with amount of people and line to the till can be massive. But overall, good shop
