Initial communication was excellent, however following the sudden departure of my solicitor part way through the process matters went severely downhill and have resulted in a years wasted time and much money lost with nothing to show for it and certainly not the 'empathy and care' tauted on the phone line! Very dissatisfied. With the state of the courts at this time in the UK save your money and represent yourself (if you ever get a court date)
