I urgently needed a mains adaptor for my wifi router (mine had failed). They cheerfully found an old one in seconds and made no charge. This is amazing Customer Service. Highly recommended.

Took my computer in as a windows update had messed it up. They reinstalled windows, and charged me more than they quoted for it. Got it home and now the pc won't run properly, is really slow and crashes constantly. Took it back to the shop and got told it was my router causing it! So I've paid them to break my £500 computer. Avoid, go to somewhere where they don't turn your pc into a brick.
