Shell's cakes were very tasty! We tried both the chocolate and the blueberry & lemon vegan cupcakes and they were perfect! The cake was beautifully moist and the buttercream was so moreish. 10/10 would buy again... and again.

I really cant sing the praises of Brookeside bakery enough. Not only did she manage to make a stich wedding cake within our limited budget, but managed it in less than 4 weeks.My wife and myself couldn't be happier. Thank you so much

Shells cupcakes were divine. The coffee was lovely and the vanilla was an absolute joy with the hidden jam in the middle. Chocolate was exquisite and the lemon left me wanting more. Reasonably price and definitely will be back for more

We ordered some children's Halloween boxes, the cakes were beautifully decorated and Extremely tasty! My eldest daughters words were these cakes are amazing" my favourite was the lemon drizzle it was divine! Will definitely be using Shell again."

Myself and partner had a chocolate cake from shell and it was delicious! She also went out her way to make my son dairy free/vegan cupcakes and they were sooooo moist! He’s a huge fan! Will most defiantly be using her again x
