Ross Handling

I was disappointed by their customer service. Particularly their attitude via telephone and email. They didnt have my full order in stock so said to send qty they had and refund the rest. No refund but received the remaining 3 items 3 weeks later. When i emailed and asked if they could collect as they were not needed i was met with attitude and made to feel that it was my error. I have the email stating send what you have cancel the back order and refund as will source elsewhere.first time using and wouldnt use again.

Ordered a set of 4 castors on 19th July. It was supposedly a 2 day delivery. They didn't arrive. I chased this up but initially got no reply. A second chase up finally received a reply several days later, and I eventually received a delivery from them on 1st August, but which time we'd had to put the project on hold. When I opened the package, they'd only sent me one castor. They are now refusing to send out the rest of the order, and replying with emails that appear to be automated as they're completely ignoring the issues I'm raising.

Purchased tubing (advertised as can be used in conjunction with 1 inch motorbike axle) however doesn't fit. Lady call handler acknowledged this was advertised wrong but didn't want to help and wasn't bothered. Do not use this company.

I thought this looked like the best company to use to buy pneumatic wheels for an electronic piano for a theatre production. Good and helpful staff, but when the wheels (about £35 each) arrived they were not really up to scratch in terms of their engineering, and our metal man had to put sleeves in 3 of the wheels as there was way too much play. It did not help that the delivery company DPD, who were supposed to be delivering next day, said they had tried to deliver twice to our house, but we were not in - even though we had been in the whole time. So next day became a pick up in Lewes 4 days later. So sorry to say all in all a painful experience.

Great castors, European made and fit the bill perfectly. Highly recommended.

I ordered the wrong castors, which I returned with one of my original wheels I wanted replaced. Shane from Ross Handling was very helpful. Emails were exchanged swiftly and delivery of the replacement castors was quick. I love great customer service and Ross Handling gave me great customer service. Well done and thank you.

The customer Service from Ross Handling was amazing, a slight issues with the order and they sorted this right away going above and beyond. Wish other companies where like this.

Wheelchair Castors with 'very specific thread' supplied without nuts. I checked by phone that everything was available to fit, prior to purchase. I paid extra for Sat delivery. Customer Service didn't want to know and said there was no mention of fixing nuts on website, so essentially 'tough'. I've had to source the nuts from specialist supplier. Beware of this. Very dissapointed.
