Dirty tables, very expensive over £20.00 for 3 ice creams. Long wait which was attributed to the restaurant being busy (8 customers) Milk for tea served cold in an espresso cup, apparently that's the Sundae policy. Staff member recommended we go to Kaspas!

Seating 10/10 clean, comfortable and colourful.Staff 8/10 perfectly acceptable, but could be better. Didn't feel valued as a customerFood 7/10 tasty, yes, but 2 of 4 didnt really match the pictures. Seemed costly for what we got.Toilets 6/10 mostly clean, but cracked sink, cloudy soap in dispenser and no sanitizer.

Took a while to get served as not many staff on. But when the ice cream came it was very good. On the Sundaes there was proper cream not the squirty UHT stuff, and the fruit was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and fresh. Would have got 5 stars if more staff were on.

We visited this afternoon, they were very quiet. There was a table with 4 young lads, and a woman on her own. I waited 5 minutes to order, waffles for 2 and a coffee. Service was OK, food was good. Toilets were absolutely vile. Not sure I would go back there in a hurry.

Average ice-cream that you can eat. I do not understand why they serve pizza in an ice-cream shop. I tried to have an Oreo cake and on the menu it says it comes with a discount along with hot drinks. However at the till, they charge a normal price.
