This is truly an exceptional tailoring shop. I’ve had many items altered here (jeans, jumpsuits, coats, dresses, etc.), all of which have exceeded expectations. I would trust the staff with any item of clothing. And on top of excellent results, they are a joy to interact with—truly warm and kind people! I could not recommend this shop more.

Cheerful friendly staff who did an excellent job fixing my zipper. Very good service too!I was initially quoted £17, but when the man behind the counter took a look at it, he bumped it down to £12 as only the zip would need to be replaced.

Really professional and very helpful staff. They have completed multiple high uqality jobs for me, dealing with unexpected problems in a professional and very helpful way. An example was dry cleaning and ironing and adding blackout washable lining to my mother's curtains. Reasonable pricing.

If I could give it zero I would. The worst experience I have ever had in a shop in my life.I took a dress to get shortened and a top to get the bra clasp shortened and the bottom shortened.I collected both and paid the full amount. Once home, I realised they hadn't shortened the top at all, and where they said they would seamlessly shorten the bra clasp, they had just folded it in (see picture).I went to politely ask for the money back for the portion of the job they did not complete (obviously happily paying for the dress which they had done). I was then shouted at in the store, the top was snatched out my hand for them to remove the stitches, which I just asked them to leave as I didn't want any potential holes from pulling the stitches out, they continued to try and remove them after asking if they could just leave it and at this point I just wanted to get out of there.They continue to shout and argue with me, saying some customers are just like this, pretend we didn't do the job and then ask for money back, we should have charged you more in the first place, calling me rude, saying they worked in the industry however many years and no one could shorten this anyway (then why say you can and charge me for it?).I believe asking for the money back on a job that they didn't complete is more than reasonable?

I needed a small repair on a coat pocket and Mustafa and Ahmed couldn't have been more helpful in sewing it up quickly.
