Working with Always Flourishing has been an excellent first agency experience for me. There is always work on hand and plenty of opportunity to work within the area I live. The whole team are so professional and helpful and spontaneous with any work matters. Andrew Cooper in particular is so friendly and a pleasure to work with.

They are very understanding and co-operative and connect very well with all the teachers once they've recruited them .Andy is extremely empathetic as a person and is amazing at problem solving. Also, they are very well organized and understand what a field job is , hence working on assignments is very easy and peaceful .If you want to teach .. this is the safest place to be !!!
