Mike was very reassuring and confident he could do what I asked.New cabling & sockets fitted in my new house, with full respect to my carpets & property. The cables are very well hidden & as some one else has pointed out, Dyson & dust sheets as standard tools. Recommended.

Mike & Tom were a great partnership.We were unaware how poor BT were.They wouldnt help in our hour of need.We had our telephone service shifted because of building works & our wiring has been completely hidden. No unexpected charges.Will recommend & use at a later date for our TV works.5 STARS from us.

The guys arrived very promptly and we discussed what we were going to do to move the broadband socket to another room. This was completed very professionally and speedily and all sockets were retested and confirmed as working. The broadband speed was identical but the socket has now moved closed to my router so I am delighted. Would have no hesitation in recommending Essex Telephone Engineer. 5 star service

Essex Telephone Engineers done a fantastic job. I wanted a wifi connection installed to the outside office. They were very clear with pricing and very reasonable.Great customer service, very polite, considerate and tidy.Totally recommend them.

I contacted my telephone provider as we could not receive calls on our landline or use our computer. Three of their engineers came on different occasions but were unable to help us. I ranged Essex Telephone Engineer and spoke to Mike. He came on the same day and was able to track and sort the problem. We were so relieved and thankful.. Mike was friendly, courteous and his rates were very reasonable. We would unhesitatingly recommend Essex Telephone Engineer to anyone looking for a good, reliable and cost effective service.

Premium service. We had our internal fibre network commissioned. The engineer would only be satisfied with termination joints that had zero losses! (That’s the best you can get for fibre). Network runs at optimal speeds. Very satisfied all round. Highly recommended.

I contacted mike when an upgrade of my broadband left me with 3 dead extension sockets and a master socket in the wrong room.He outlined my options (in terms I could understand) and went on to do a very tidy job.I now have internet connection speeds slightly better than my Internet Service Provider promised and to where I want the connection.The extension sockets work again as well.

Everyones worst nightmare not having internet and expected the worst after being told an engineer couldn't come to us until a week later. Thankfully with Mike's help I had it back within 2 hours! Very professional, friendly and excellent service. Would highly recommend this over waiting for any service provider to sort it out. This also cost me less than getting one of their engineers to come out to see me too. My advice, don't bother waiting, give Mike a call
