Amazing nails. I have done acrylics multiple times and the result is always great. Elegant nails that look natural and they’re not thick or odd. They do really know how to build nails and they’re fast!

Not the most friendly but still very skilled staff. I always get my feet done here and it’s a nice moment of respite and my feet some out soft and clean.

I made a booking through the phone for a manicure at 9.30am (online it says they open at 9.30am, and the man I spoke to on the phone said the time was good). I made the booking a this time because I was short on time as I had something else to do later morning. I showed up on time and they opened the salon 10 minutes later (9.40am), I went straight inside and got told to sit down to wait for the staff to get in to begin my manicure. I waited for 20 minutes, it was 10am already, and no one was in yet to do my nails. I was so disappointed because I was very much looking forward to getting my nails done. very sad thought it was very unprofessional that not only did they accept my booking over the phone for 9.30am (and other clients that were also there at the same time as me), but that they opened late and the staff was late.... very unprofessional

Excellent pedicure for my mum with great customer service. Lovely clean environment too.

It’s alright I suppose.Been here 3 times and the prices keep changing.Like first I went in for hair and nails and it wasn’t the best experienceHair was double booked and nails took forever which was annoying. Cause I had booked in all earlier and I still had to wait for my turn.Second I was in for infills and which went okAnd third I went for nails again. And the prices were different compared to that of the first time. Bear in mind I literally had done the same thingRemoval and new set of acrylicsBut there was a £10 difference?! Which I don’t get.The work done is decent and the staff is polite I can say that.But prices are unreliable. And the place accepts only cash.

One of the better pedicures I’ve had; Kathy was superb! My feet look and feel amazing! She took a lot of care and attention, and all with a smile. It’s also reasonably priced. Will be returning.

I just had a colourful manicure here and it is so incredible I had to leave a review. Cathy / Kathy took such care and time shaping, cleaning and prepping my nails as well as amazing patience with such attention to detail! I’m extremely happy and will 100% be coming here for all my appointments in future- thanks again <3

I called asking if they do gel removal with acetone. Walked in, waited half an hour, and the guy went straight in with a drill. I thought he’d take the top layer of the polish off and soak the remaining off with acetone but nope, took the whole thing off with a drill. I was in shock and couldn’t say anything while it was happening. My nail surface is completely uneven. In tears, I said I didn’t want to pay, and the lady at the counter didn’t say anything. I left to collect myself, and the guy chases me out, threatens to call the police on me, and says if I didn’t have money to pay I shouldn’t have walked in. He then proceeds to take a picture of my face while I am literally crying from the state of my nails. I ended up going back in and paying for the £7 this business so desperately needs. I can’t speak about the manicures but the people are incredibly awful.
