Brades Tavern Family Pub with authentic food
We have used the Brades for the last few years until new managment took over and run it into the ground so we stopped using it then we saw that it had been taken over again so decided to give it a try 18/10/22 new layout looks great feels lots more spacious. New owner, the gentleman was very welcoming, food was back to being fresh and very good. Fantastic service throughout our meal, nothings to much trouble. Wish you all the best in your new adventure we will start using again now.Update from our visit 4th June 2023 food still the best around. Fantastic service, the staff are just great.

This is a local pub for me that I hadn't been in before, it was worth the five star rating. The food was delicious, the staff are just really nice and very helpful. The decor is nice and has a large beer terrace/garden. Will definitely become my regular now.

This place has completely turned a corner. The restaurant downstairs is all you need for families. Sports bar upstairs with pool table big pull down screens and a bar to accomadate. I had a takeaway. Desi style lamb on the bone.. garlic and coriander naan. Really enjoyed it. The cobra beer though best I've had over the grills in west Brom etc. Only thing missing was some fried onions with the chicken tikka I had but I'm sure they would do this for you... I didn't like the rocket salad but that's personal preference. Food starts 4pm in the week.

Probably one of the best mixed grills I’ve had. Food was top, the fish on the grill was amazing. This place is fairly big with upstairs access for a function room, nice selection of seating outside in the summer. Friendly staff, will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Great food at a great price.Only down side was, beyond it being crowded, I was offered a free birthday shot, then told after it had been drunk that it was being added to my bill because I'd chosen an expensive" one. (Not deliberately - we weren't told about any exclusions

Ordered large mix grill, chips and x2 fish pakora. Brilliant service when I arrived to collect my food. No cutlery was available to eat my takeout on my hour long journey home. Ate when I got home, the chicken was green (dyed green don’t know why). The mix grill went in the bin due to not being nice (meat burnt, overcooked, not much flavours, not very appealing to look at). The fish was edible until I found a hair cooked into the batter (pictures attached) causing my stomach contents to come back up. Safe to say that went into the bin too. £38 wasted.Friendly bar staff though.

Brades Tavern Family Pub with authentic food
First time here for me. I'm very impressed from the delicious, melt in the mouth, well portioned, reasonably priced food to the friendly, approachable staff with a nice atmosphere in the bar and very clean. We will definitely be back! We have found our new go to Indian (sit in or takeaway!)
