Very very very impressed. No sales BS. Literally just a great bunch of people who happen to want to sell you a car.Everything is laid out in black and white. Luciano (sorry if I spelt that wrong) and his team are absolutely fantastic. They'll bend over backwards for you.Seriously if your thinking about buying a car stop by here first before you go anywhere else. This team does not follow the example of how a dealership should be, they set it.Special shout out to Jamie, Charlie and the amazing admin assistant (so sorry I forgot your name).

I have previously brought cars from Motorpoint. Today I brought my first car from the Portsmouth Branch. This was a great experience. I was greeted with a smile and offered a hot drink as soon as I agreed. There was no sales patter just genuine customer service. Picking up my car was quick and no hassle at all. Thank you for a great experience - appreciated.

Customer Service at Motorpoint is fantastic! Regan at the Portsmouth branch was knowledgable and friendly and answered any question I had. It wasn't the right time for me to buy a car but I know who to go to in future!

Recently bought a Leon from here and quite frankly, if it wasn't for the incredible customer service provided by Luciano, we very likely would've walked away on the first day still looking elsewhere.From start to finish Luciano was honest, helpful, and friendly. We explored all our options, and drove away in my partner's dream car!Could not be happier with how easy, and how relaxing, buying a new car from here was!Definitely recommend popping in even for a browse!

Easy and efficient. Saw the car we wanted online, test drive was offered instantly and by the next day it was ours. Charlie Rogers and his colleagues were so friendly and helpful, even after we bought the car nothing is too much trouble. Made us coffees and one colleague even entertained my toddler whilst we sorted the paperwork. The car we purchased is immaculate. Newer model and low milage. Still has manufacturers warranty. They have lots of cars to choose from, a great team and the customer service they provide is excellent. We love our new car. Thank you Motorpoint Portsmouth.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Charlie took care of us right from the start until the very end. Everyone including Jamie were really friendly and made us feel absolutely comfortable. All our queries were dealt with patience and solved. A 10/10 for sure. Would definitely recommend Motorpoint to everyone in future.

I have purchased 3 cars from motorpoint Portsmouth since they opened , it’s a habit I have to stop !Charlie Rogers has been the person I have gone back to every time. He is friendly , gets the job done and the sales approach isn’t that pushy , if you say no , that’s it .The manager Laura has also been very helpful on sorting out an issue with a car service that was done at a main dealer to rectify the situation .I would recommend them to all , cars are a good price , good quality and the staff honest and friendly . Will use again at some point, but for now love my new car .

The net result is we’ve purchased a super second car, in great condition at the right price. Charlie has been absolutely fantastic!From start to finish he offered top customer service and really has made a new car purchase a great experience.I never really noticed motorpoint but from this point onwards if I'm out looking for a car I'll definetly make sure to give this branch a visit.The rest of the team are also all very friendly and quick to offer any help, drinks etc.Give them a visit!
