Been in here quite a few times in the last 5 months , we needed somewhere close to the children's hospital. Love Pret anyway. Staff here are really friendly, and the baguettes, cakes and pastries are yummy

A delicious baguette and coffee with my friend. Easy to access for my disability, helpful staff and a friendly inviting atmosphere. Seeing the Rainbow flags and inclusive lanyards makes me feel safer

Awful service. Ordered a drink, said it would be at the side, waiting around then I hear LATTE screamed at my face. I was the only one waiting so I assumed it was mine as it's what I ordered. Walked off only to have another member of staff scream that I had another person's drink. Made it out like it was my fault even though the collection station just seemed like a free for all. Just weird vibes all together, super busy, crazy expensive, stuff all over the floor. Just not the vibe tbf

Not my usual choice to enjoy a flat white, but as I was meeting up with my daughter, I'd left the venue up to her. Arrived just after 1:30, and pretty busy with lunch crowd. Sadly my flat white was indistinguishable from a capuccino.

Pret has great food, good bakery choices and mediocre drinks (though they do the job). The Colmore Row branch is definitely busy as expected, given they’re in the heart of the corporate zone. But honestly, the attitude of the staff stinks. They treat you like a liability and don’t care about anything when something goes wrong. I was waiting for my drink, as it turns out someone else claimed it and took it. I politely asked one of the staff members after cluelessly waiting 15 mins that someone took my drink. She blamed me for it, and that’s when I lost it. She asked for quarrel, while all I asked for was my simple drink. It’s not even their fault the drink was taken (by a randomer) but the hesitance to resolve it by the responsible individuals of the store was pure comedy. Wish they realised there’s bigger worries out there in this world than a little drink replacement. Costa across the road does it all 10x better.
