Went to see Ben for some putting lessons. I was really struggling on the greens with aim and distance control. After 10 balls hit with Ben, it was clear I was doing everything so wrong! Ben changed up a few things and straight away could see better aim. The distance control is still a work in progress but still so much better and consistent. Highly recommend Ben.Cheers

Had a really informative hour long putting/fitting session with Ben. He has fantastic technology and combines it with an excellent teaching style. I learnt so much about my putting style that I was unaware of and I am already seeing the results of changes put into effect as a result of the lesson. Will not hesitate to go back again fo further tuition from Ben. Very friendly pro shop as well as an excellent booking system online to choose your date and time with no stress. Would highly recommend.

Ben is knowledgeable and broke down the changes that I needed to make very easily. Definitely hitting it better these days!

Went to Ben to try and improve my game and my understanding of my game & swing, and found the lessons I had brilliant. Explains the swing etc really well so you gain a much better understanding of what to work on. Recommended to a friend already and would recommend to anybody else looking to improve their game.

Been working with Ben for the last 6 weeks; Can comfortably say that this guy knows his stuff! From coming in thinking that there wouldn’t be much to change, My swing has completed changed (For the better). I’m now hitting draws when I used to be a big slicer!Ben uses great mix of ‘Feels’ & trackman data/video to help explain in a simple manner what is happening in the golf swing.He provides some good drills & cues to work on for the next session and gives feedback via an app where you can send training videos to him.Ben & I will continue to work together - my swing has improved 10 fold, I’m bought in to his approach and method!

Thanks to Ben and the brian for such a great experience and transformation in both my out field game and putting. Very professional and great to deal with,also the technology and knowledgeis second to none . Looking forward to my next visits with these guys.

Ben is a superb teacher, I've seen real improvements across all of my game from short game to driving since I've started lessons. Would highly recommend to other golfers trying to improve their game

I’ve been a customer of Brian Connor’s House of Golf for over 20yrs, on and off, and have recently-ish started using the assistant, Ben McKaigg, for help. Coming back to golf a few years ago (after a lengthy layoff due to back/muscle issues) he fitted me for required new irons - couldn’t hit the old blades anymore - and history proves it was good advice; a new driver, where I listened to him instead of going for distance, and again it’s proven good advice; he’s helped me with getting the right 3 wood and hybrid, where I wanted a 15° and a 2 iron he advised a 16.5° and a 3 hybrid, again great advice. Even if I say so myself I was always a decent club level golfer tee to green - previous pros have said 2-4, straight with good but not great distance - but then the wheels would come off around the greens, with previous pros saying how I’d just “leak shots”. Ben has helped get me back to being half decent-ish tee to green and, this year, has transformed my chipping around the greens. He’s now working on my notoriously bad three stab putting stroke and I can easily accept if I’d worked on my putting with this advice 15-20 years ago I’d have been down low; I’ve never had tuition on the putting stroke before. He’s helped my index drop from 20 to 10.5 this year and now I’m hoping, with Ben’s help in the short game and particularly the putting area, I’ll be a 64yo c5 index next year. That’s my new target and I have every faith he’s capable of getting me there if I’m capable of seeing his help and tuition through. He’s a good listener, very patient, a good communicator and clearly knows his stuff and I’m very happy to recommend him to others.
