Citromatic is a long established business, which we have used for many years. Ian is very knowledgeable and advises not for profit, but with good sound advice which is very appreciated, it makes a great difference to know that he cares about his customers and not like some in the same business who are out to rip you off. I strongly recommend this business for the helpful and friendliness of the staff.

After buying a new car i quickly fell out of love with it because of so many problems. I found these guys left my car with them luckily i had use of my partners car so didn't need it back in a hurry giving them plenty of time to check my car over thoroughly! They kept me informed the whole time, i have since got my car back and so far its running absolutely fine, they even left a little card in my window to remind me when the MOT was due next! Very handy as i always nearly forget! Nice friendly straight talking people! Thanks

Disappointing. Asked them to check faulty wiper motors. Told them clearly when I booked it that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the car replacing the motors and already had fault codes from a visit to a different garage. Was assured they were citroën specialist and there was a good chance of repair.Charged me £100+ to plug in a computer and recomend replacing one or possibly both motors at a cost of £700 + fitting.Waste of £100.

Supposed to be a Citroen specialist, they didn't even know what their diagnostics error was, then, when I asked what they would do as they don't understand the code either they said they would take it to another garage, some specialist they are. Do not use they rip off £106.80 for diagnostic which would take no more than 30 mins to run DO NOT USE.

apparently a citroen specialisthowever, they filled the AL4 transmission on my C5 with the incorrect fluid, which led to the eventual catastrophic faulure if the gearbox and the car being scrappedtaking on too much work at once which means small jobs take days upon days to complete, managed to knock out the cruise control by breaking the cam sensor on said C5 whilst changing the timing beltunfortunately i cannot reccomend this garage, they have cost me much expense and inconvenience

We used Citromatic, as we sold a vehicle to a client which unfortunaitly broke down. (we are based 150 miles away) we explained the situation and the long distance issue. Ian was quick to help and had our client booked in and the issue repaired. the expertise in the Peugeot/Citroen brand proved very helpful. resulting in one happy Customer and a Happy car dealership!!! Very friendly staff very reasonable prices for work done to excellent quality and high standards.Offered a courtesy car while mine was in for repair.Kept me informed at all stages while awaiting replacement parts.Will be using again and will be recommended to others who have citroen cars.
