Horrible experience! I was being charged over 800 GBP after 2 months of my rental WITHOUT ANY EXPLAINATION. I was really surprised such renowned car rental company will charge their customer unauthorizedly. Beware of them and choose another company!!!!!

ORIGINAL COMMENT: When we arrived last night we were told we had a 3 door car and I specifically asked if it has 5 seats because we were a party of 5 (when I made the reservation I selected an economy 5 door car). We were in a hurry and with a tired little girl, it was night, so we just got in the car and left. After a while, the backseat passengers noticed that there wasn't a 3rd seatbelt and when we arrived at our destination and got out of the car we saw that the backseat only seated 2 people. It was our fault for not checking the car before we left, but this is no excuse for the terrible service we were provided and for the fact that we were given a 4 seat car for 5 people, thus putting our life in danger because a person will not have a seatbelt.Also, we had another issue when paying for the car: the price given to us when we arrived to take the car was different than the original reservation - it was higher obviously. When I told the gentlemen this, he changed the price per the reservation, but again, this is no excuse for giving us a higher price in the first place.LATER EDIT: I was contacted by the management team and when I arrived to leave the car I talked with Jordan who is the assistant manager for the Liverpool Airport location, and they expressed apologies for what happened and asked what they can do to make it up to us. Ultimately, we were given a partial refund. Hopefully the Enterprise team will be more careful as to not let these things happen again in the future. I updated my start rating from 2 to 4 starts for the good customer support they provided in the end.

Having been let down by another company and 10 minutes before closing on a Friday I was lucky to come across Ryan. What an absolute star, he had me sorted and on the road in no time, very pleasant and professional young man. Will definitely recommend in the future.

The staff at Liverpool airport were quick, efficient and very helpful. When I booked there was an error where I wanted a manual car but an automatic car was there for me. The lady at the car rental park asked me if I would like to wait there would be a manual one ready in half an hour but also gave me an alternative manual vehicle which I accepted. On my return I was given a deduction in my price for the car rental. A very good experience all round and will definitely use Enterprise at Liverpool again.

Whilst vehicle hired was satisfactory, Enterprise failed to pay whole of £200 returnable deposit (£8.75 shortfall) despite being informed by member of staff on return of vehicle that I was due to be paid the deposit with no deductions made. Have been in touch with Enterprise car park staff who confirmed that the outstanding monies would be paid within 3 working days. No payment received since this matter was raised 7 days following my conversation with staff member. Not impressed.

Ross and Roy very friendly and helpful. Sorry I think Ryan not Roy. The only complaint we have is that the car was given to us with practically zero petrol and it would have been very difficult to return it as empty as that. We ended up driving down to London as our BA flight was cancelled and we turned in the car at Enterprise Brentford with 136 miles worth of fuel for which we received no compensation or apology. Seems like a bit of sharp practice, maybe the car could be hired a quarter full???

Enterprise Car Hire - Liverpool Airport
I recently travelled to Liverpool and had pre-booked a car from Enterprise. My flight was delayed and arrived well after the 7.30 pm closing time. As I walked out of the airport I got a call from a very nice guy ( I think his name was Michael apologies if I am wrong) from Enterprise saying he noticed my flight was delayed and he was waiting for me at the car hire car park. He was very helpful and considerate because of him I will definitely be using Enterprise again

Needed to get home from Liverpool when our car broke down recently. Esam at Enterprise did all he could to find us a vehicle at short notice and was courteous and helpful, pleasant to deal with - very satisfactory service.

Very poor service. No car waiting for me when I arrived. Man behind desk, in 20's blond hair was arrogant and said that they had tried to contact me. I showed them my phone and demonstrated no missed calls from them. He just said there is no car"... and that was it!!"
