Fully recommend heavenly outlet Tony is a lovely man with great knowledge of beds to suit everyone's needs he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy in everyway with our purchase nothing was to much trouble for him we even went back and bought a new headboard his prices are excellent too well done Tony and heavenly outlet we ate over the moon with our new bed mr&mrs Bagnall

Stubbled upon this place having visited the overpriced, big corporate bed company opposite and thank goodness I did. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. From the personal service, to help choosing a bed, too the very competitive pricing (half the price of said company above) Bed arrived within 7days and they delivered it to my room of choice and even built it for me!! The quality is absolutely AMAZING and the bed looks 3 times more expensive than what I paid for it. The unit may not have all the bells and whistles of the chains but they more than make up for that with great value and customer service. I have already recommended them to a number of friends. Save yourself some time & money by using these guys.

Stumbled upon this place whilst visiting the bigger store across the road, what can I say I’m so glad I did! I was looking for a bed for my daughter’ the father and son team were fantastic, I told them what I wanted and gave me a great deal, I then went home and bought my daughter down to have a look. The bed and mattress was ordered in no time on Saturday evening and was delivered on Tuesday evening, how’s that for service! Said bed was delivered at the time arranged and even took to room of choice, the bed is of outstanding quality and the mattress is so comfortable so I’m told by my daughter! Very impressed perfect transaction from start to end so much so I’ll be ordering a bed for my nephew very soon! Thankyou again for a smooth easy transaction.

I ordered my daughter a bed and mattress in June. It came at the day and time we had arranged. The bed was beautiful and she said the mattress was really comfortable. We need a new bed so went there again last week to order mine. The mattress is really comfortable and my bed is lovely. Again they delivered on the day and time we arranged. I'd definitely recommend this places to anyone.

I went into this family store with an idea in my head , I was looking for a bed frame the staff were so friendly & they couldn't be more helpful, they listened to what I needed & said yes it could be done as they were made to measure. I was so pleased . I ordered it that day. As I was also a key worker for the NHS ,they were happy to help with a discount. Well worth taking a look.

I don't know why I haven't had a positive experience like the rest!Ordered a bed in December for delivery just before Christmas. It arrived so late with poor communication and with missing attachments.To date I have been chasing a missing footboard and straps. Multiple phone calls and messages to date, (often reforwarding the same misplaced information) - I had either no response or little movement on completing my order! I was always told I would be called back or that it can be sorted for the next day.After weeks, I have finally today, obtained the missing parts after visiting directly and getting nowhere fast via phone calls with false promises and made sure the footboard has all the correct brackets and colour matching straps. I've finally unpacked it and = NO straps.So after all this chasing, I still do not have what I asked for after over two months of waiting. So disappointed as a first time customer - will not be using this company again. Despite the friendly faces, the communication has been absolutely awful and simply cannot be bothered to contact for the last missing part to start this rigmarole all over again

Was told about this place by my auntie... so pleased she mentioned it. Told the owner what i was looking for. Brought a kingside bed with drawers a fabulous mattress and a superb headboard all at an amazing low price and they were delivered the very same day. The staff and delivery guys all went out of their way. Cant recommend them enough excellent 5* service.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Could not have been more helpful. so friendly. Really went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. Needed a soft mattress for mom and it was delivered within a couple of hours. She wasn't sure if it was soft enough for her when she tried it at home so I went back and they said for her to try it for a bit and if she was still not happy to go back and see them and they would sort softer mattress for her. So far she seems happy with it but it is reassuring to know that I can go back if I need to and will be so well looked after. They told me to tell mom not to stress over it, they would sort it so she was happy. That sort of customer service doesn't happen very often these days. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Absolutely amazing. I had been let down by other companies and desperately needed a bed for my Mum. The Lad at the bed shop managed to sort me out a bed a deliver it the same day. I cannot express how grateful i am. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My bed it's Amazing and the quality is Great absolutely thrilled with the bed also Great customer service from the lads. Highly recommended I'm sure I will be back.
