The marketing/ photos make such a difference to prospective buyers and they take time and care to really show off your home and entice people through the door , and United Homes photo's/ marketing are second to none.They not only secured me my full asking price within the week but are very competitive on their fees too.One of my neighbours also instructed them and also had the same experience, immediate viewings and a speedy sale agreed.I switched to United Homes after viewing a property they were selling and experienced first hand how they liaise with interested would be buyers , they are a perfect balance of informative, personable, friendly, accommodating and approachable, nothing is too much trouble.
