I contacted this company after a friend of the family had recommended them.Just wanted to say a huge thank you for coming out so quickly, the service from start to finish was excellent.Dealt with Sarah initially, who carried out the survey, must say she was extremely helpful and thorough with all the information I needed for me to make the right decision.The Engineer (Jonathan) who installed the stairlift was very polite and friendly and clearly explained how to use our new stairlift, would recommend this company anytime.Lovely family run company.

We used Priority stairlifts for my mum. Sarah came round to survey and have a chat about mums requirements. She was fantastic, very friendly and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure put on her to purchase from them. When it came to installation they were very professional, friendly and kept everything tidy. Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them. A very happy mum!

The service received was efficient, friendly and professional from start to finish and the care into giving my aunt a brilliant demonstration on how to use her new lift after it was fitted was an added touch.
