The element went on our Neff oven, and I wasn't particularly confident pulling the whole thing out to replace it myself. So, I Googled a local repair service and was immediately impressed by PFB's glowing reviews. I wasn't disappointed—Exceptional service—prompt, polite, and thoroughly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to enlist Paul's expertise again in the future and will certainly recommend his services to friends and family seeking appliance repairs. I was very happy with the cost of repair, also.

Paul carried out an excellent and timely repair on our fan oven. It was a tricky job as the oven was quite old and the fixing screws were damaged. He had the spare part, a new element, in his van. He was very competent, friendly and excellent value.

Paul was brilliant. When our oven broke mid-dinner one night, he came over at short notice the next day, despite being fully booked, to repair it. He was done quickly, was extremely professional and really knew his stuff. I'd recommend him for any appliance work and will definitely use him again when the next thing inevitably breaks!
