Surprisingly good and satisfying! I chose Banana Chocolate, the sweetness is delicate, and I really like the chewy texture, the non-fried dough is the highlight. Plus, the staff is friendly and considerate. If you're looking for a guilt-free treats, highly recommend this!

Really lovely little donut shop. I had the pandan donut, very tasty! I also had an oat flat white, the coffee was very good. Sometimes oat milk lattes / flat whites aren’t very creamy, this was perfect!Staff lovely too. Highly recommend a visit!

Bought 4 of their product today, to call them doughnuts, well can't say I agree. They were dry, unpleasant and not like a doughnut at all. Think I'll stick with Doughnutime and Doughnotts in future!

I love Crosstown doughnuts and their classy yet inventive flavours. Got myself a nice little vegan rhubarb number and am very glad I don't have to go all the way up to London for these treats any more.

Happened to walk by yesterday and got a box of 6. They have a special that it’s 6 for the price of 5. £25 for donuts was a bit steep but after trying them, so worth the price they were incredible. Honestly every single one I had was great, so hard to pick a favorite. Definitely a once in a while treat!

Some great doughnuts with some combo deals such as a doughnut with coffee for £7.50.There is also a loyalty scheme and staff are tops. What's not to like?

Beautiful doughnuts that cater to everyone! There was a slight muddle up with our order and Ben fixed it for us right away! He was super friendly, professional and went the extra mile to rectify it for us! From the product to the customer service they smashed it! Thank you so much! We will absolutely be ordering again.

The doughnuts are tasty, bit more expensive that we usually pay but the cafe was quiet and full of plants so was lovely in comparison to the hustle and bustle on a Saturday afternoon on the street.Unfortunately the service was awful. The male server had a face like a slapped bottom for me and the customer after me. When I asked if there was anywhere I could wash my hands after eating(as the back just looked like the kitchen) the male member of staff said we have a toilet downstairs. When I asked how I get to the downstairs (as there were no signs and I couldn't see the stairs at the counter) I was met with 'Well down stairs obviously' and he laughed to his colleague in the kitchen. I then had to awkwardly look around embarrassed. Won't be returning. After seeing two other reviews with similar reviews I suspect its the same rude server. I would recommend some sensitivity training and telling them humiliating customers won't keep them in a job!!!
