The Servicing Master Car Repair Garage Reading

Purchased a vehicle off Waseem. Great guy and provided a great service. He made the whole process easy and seamless, even delivered the car to my doorstep.

Really disappointing service.I took my car for MOT and major service in October, after a few miles once I collected the car I noticed there was a rattling noise that wasn’t there before. I called to inform them, and I was asked to take the car back which I did. They had a look, did something with the tyres, asked me 40£ and said drive your car it will get better. But the noise was still there..I called for the send time and was asked to take the car back, but this time at no extra cost.Someone had a look at the car and said there wasn’t any problem, but most probably was the gear box and that they recommended to change it for £1000.I was shocked because the car is relatively new and healthy. The noise only started after the MOT which I kept repeating.I decided to take the car for a second opinion, and in a matter of minutes they found the problem.It looks like during the MOT the air tube that connects the engine to the outside broke, and someone instead of tell me/fix it, decided to put it back and try to hold it with a tag, which obviously came off after a few miles and started making the noise.I called back and said what the problem was and that I was upset that I had to pay £40 extra for a problem that they created and didn’t even fix, but I was replied “we don’t break cars!! I will check the cameras and call you back” obviously that never happened.Now, I think you don’t necessarily have to break something, but while working it could happen. The important thing is to be honest, and not try to fix it with tags and hope for the best. it’s quite upsetting that I took the car back twice and still you “didn’t find the problem” and asked me for more money.I completely lost trust in your garage and will never use it again.

I had my car in for a full service and MOT. The car failed the MOT but the parts necessary were sourced and it passed the MOT same day. As for the full service I asked for an itemised breakdown of what that included and was happy with what it covered for the price. I would use them again and recommend. Wasem was very helpful,and kept menformed of the repair progress with the car. Overall I was very happy with the service I received, which included collection and drop off at no extra cost.

Do not touch this garage with a barge pole. They are sharks, or at very least incompetent. I took my car for an MOT and they failed it saying that a shock absorber was badly leaking and needed immediate repair. Of course they were only too willing to price that up for me and do the work. Unfortunately" I had to be elsewhere the next day so took it to another garage near my home who told me there was nothing wrong with the shock absorber

5* service from Waseem at The Servicing Master. I was seen to straight away and car sorted in just a few hours. Will definitely be back, cheers

Well trained and friendly staff.excellent customer service. reasonable service cost.everything was done while waiting in the office.highly recommended.Free hot or cold drinks were offered on every visit.

Had MOT booked with major service, very friendly service from start to finish, car failed MOT, parts needed were found and fitted within hours, Waseem was proper sound, keep me in the loop throughout, very friendly guy. Would recommend to anyone 100x over

Excellent customer service. Very polite and friendly. Waseem was helpful, polite and considerate. I have also had my car MOTed on a number of occasions. I highly rate this garage and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Top service...will recommend to everyone.

I've used Servicing Master a number of times and I've always found them really helpful, great at communicating prices and any issues with my car and their pricing seems competitive. Would definitely recommend.
