Conor was brilliant and really helpful from start to finish. We love the new Puma and would definitely recommend People’s Ford.

UPDATE, be aware as the experience gets worse and worse.If only I could rate this lower.Although the service manager reached me and has been tried his best to help since I wrote the initial review, it doesn’t seem the rest of the dealership really cares to fix the issue.Brought the car in whilst in warranty. The issue to this date is not fixed and now the car is out of warranty. Still losing time, money and the dealer is incapable of fixing their own cars they are selling.Uploading a video to admire how a MK8 Fiesta steering sounds with 8000 miles.———————-TL;DR Huge disappointment - Avoid.Good showroom with good salesmanship.Bought brand new Ford and the experience of buying was smooth.However, after sale care falls very short. Extremely disappointing experience. Having to visit the garage quite a few times the past 3 years for a number of different issues. Although the issues are getting resolved at the end (sort of), I have to visit the garage again and again, having the same issues each time, and having to prove them that their last fix didn’t work. That’s not engineering; it’s just a way to disappoint your customers. Not to add the delays for arranging courtesy cars to mitigate about any delays on fixing the issues - for which the customer has to still pay a courtesy car insurance, day after day to cover for garage delayed fixes.I can’t suggest visiting this garage unfortunately. Not sure on the quality of Ford cars at the end either, if after sale care falls that short.Note: had a brand new fiesta that at the end of 2.5 years of its 7k miles, needed a steering column replacement, a steering rack replacement, a steering lock module replacement. I wonder what’s left to replace after that. And it’s been 3 months back and forth with the garage, multiple delays, multiple loss of my time and still fighting with issues.Huge disappointment!!

Great customer service, William was great with us, not too pushy and very relaxed which got him his sale and us a new car! Highly recommended, and would recommend William to help you with your new purchase

Want to say a massive thanks to Peoples Edinburgh – especially William – for the excellent care and attention that they showed towards me last week, when I exchanged my 23 year old Ford Puma 1.7 for a pre-loved 3 year old Fiesta ST Line. They made the whole process super-easy and I found relinquishing my much beloved, but non-ULEZ compliant vehicle, more painless than I had anticipated. My replacement Ford is in excellent condition, and over the past week I've found it a pleasure to drive. Thanks again Peoples Edinburgh for making a new customer feel like a long-lost friend. The empathetic approach of your staff to car buying is outstanding, and was very much appreciated.

Amazing service, Lauren was soo helpful throughout the whole process, anything I needed was dealt with asap. Even after collecting my car Lauren has been so great at making sure everything was as I expected and I had all the information I needed for my car as I haven’t had a Ford before. Everyone I spoke to at the Sighthill garage has been so helpful, Ian was also a great help and made sure I was getting the best car to suit my needs and my price range. I will definitely be back if I am ever looking for another car and I have recommended them to a few of my family members.

We felt very secure buying from the Ford garage and feel we could go back again if there was ever any issue (fingers crossed there won't be though!).

After having to replace my battery I needed a code to unlock the radio. I arranged an appointment which happened dead on time. The work was completed promptly without any fuss. Service staff at the reception were friendly and courteous. 10 out of 10.
