Where do I start. Firstly, the positives.The staff are all very friendly and helpful.They fitted 10 doors for us on one day for which we were very grateful.The doors we chose as lovely and have all been fitted well.The negativesWe picked the second most expensive handles that they had on sale for each of the 10 doors fitted. These were in no was cheap and have been dreadful. Parts of the handles kept coming loose and small fittings/screws was fall out of them on a daily basis.TJ Joinery were helpful and sent people back to fix, but the issues persisted. They eventually referred the issues to manufacturer who agreed to replace the affected handles. A joiner came from TJ Joinery and simply superglued on the affected parts. This fixed the problem, however, I hope I never need to take the handles off again but I’m sure superglue wasn’t what the manufacturer meant by “replace” and any refund from the manufacturer was not passed on to us.A lock they fitted also broke and it too two joiners 2 visits to fix. The second of which gouged out a semi circular scratch across the laminate floor in the living room. Their justification was that I mentioned that I was planning on replacing the living room floor. Maybe I was, but when I was ready, not because some imbecile had ruined my living room floor.They fitted some kick boards in the kitchen, they fell off. Someone had to come back to fit properly.They fitted some skirting board in the hall, it fell off because the fitter used no glue/filler or tacks to hold in place. They were held on by spit and goodwill.Finally, when a handle started sticking they sent someone back again who advised me that the reason it was sticking was because it hadn’t been fitted correctly, the issue was rectified, and at the same time I asked if she could tack on the shoddy skirting board which was another TJ Joinery special, she kindly obliged.I then received an invoice for the remedial work carried out to fix the shoddy workmanship of one of their own joiners. This was retracted when I pointed out the issues were caused their own poor workmanship.Conclusion, some good points which are unfortunately overshadowed by bad workmanship and expensive handles that are not fit for purpose.I’m sure I’ll get a response justifying the some of the above but, buyer beware, there may be a great deal inconvenience suffered when when using this company, and potentially be prepared for a great number of calls to the office staff to fix shoddy work.

Would I recommend this business? With The evidence of sheer public disregard, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!AVOID! absolutely careless workers who on a weekly basis load up all vehicles onto the pavement blocking access to the public and bikes also (this area also Includes a bike lane and public pathway)The most I have seen parked hete is 5 vans, the photos here show 3 but I will catch them again as this is a constant thing and it isn't acceptable.Sort your stuff out lads. You shouldNOT be parking on the curbside. This has been reported and will continually be reported with evidence until this stops.

I had laminate flooring fitted by TJ Joinery. I highly recommend them. Top quality workmanship, no mess and will certainly use them again.

Bought brand new doors from TJ Joinery in January and everything in the whole process was simple from ordering to arranging a date for installation and the work was completed to a high professional standard. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly and put you at ease at all stages of the process. Friendly and helpful Michelle in the showroom guided us to the perfect doors and the first class fitters did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. Thank you

I had all my internal doors replaced and the service I received from start to finish from TJ Joinery was excellent, the work carried out was completed to a very high standard , I would highly recommend using TJ Joinery, thank you Nikki for all your help and Dave the fitter - excellent job...so pleased

We had bannisters and handrails replaced to make them safe for grandchildren and decided to have 6 old fashioned internal doors replaced with lovely oak doors. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the business, from Nikki in the office to all the joiners and painters who worked on the job. It was finished in next to no time, it looks great and they cleaned up at the end. We were happy with the price which reflected the quality of the work and materials. We would definitely recommend TJ Joinery.

Brilliant. A couple of weeks ago we'd had two different joiners come and scope out some work at our house. Both said they'd do the work and both ghosted us.So I did a bit of research and found TJ Joinery online. Contacted them and they came out, checked out the job and had us booked in in no time. Josh did a great job for the two days he was here and got it all done. Gave us good advice along the way and kept us informed.If we ever need anything doing again, we're going to TJ Joinery first. Had eight internal doors fitted by Beth and Jack who take a lot of pride in their work. Also changed sliding doors into fully opening doors , nothing was too much trouble.Both friendly and tidied up after themselves. Overall very satisfied with work carried out to such a high standard would highly recommend and definitely use again. Also thanks to Michelle who assisted when we selected doors and handles and who took numerous phone calls from us regarding our order, not forgetting Matt who came out to to to do the initial inspection.

Had composite fencing done one day ago... my parents are so very pleased with the job and the Guys that came to do it..no problems, here when they promised to be and the job took just two days... the guys cracked on and we're so professional and polite .would highly recommend this company. Employed them to do a renovation of a flat, paid a decent deposit then boss Tom Erentz threatens to stop work and send money back but already had commitments with other contractors and then they delayed by 2-3 weeks costing me money in process of court action to get some costs back from them gave rubbish excuses other trades in the way rubbish as plumber working in bathroom and they could have done kitchen with a problem would not recommend them to anyoneMr Tom Erentz did not offer me a refund he threatened to pull from the job which would have left me with a started job and a mess to tidy would not recommend him although his joiners are skilled
