Absolutely discusting, salad tasted like it was from your great aunties yoga pants. We rang to tell them about the food and the missing sweet potato fries he put the phone down a few times, so we took our food back to the place and we were greeted with a guy screaming at us, telling us the food was eaten because 1 burger was eaten slightly, trust me If we ate the food it wouldn't be any left in the containers. Don't order from there ever

i used to like this takeaway but after tonight ill never eat there again we ordered burgers an some hoisin chicken nuggets and other bits from there collected it got home started to eat my partner took a chicken nugget bit into it and it was completely raw this made her feel physically sick and was sick we binned everything made sure the kids didnt eat anything i took the box of nuggets back as i wanted a refund after a full blown arguement with the man (who had very poor customer service) in the shop i had to ask for the owner who was nextdoor in there shop pitfire after telling him about it they were only willing to only offer a refund for the chicken i was not happy with this and continued to ask for a full refund he said he did not believe me that my partner had been sick so was making out i was lying in the end i got the refund but i will never be eating from there again

The reason I scored 3 stars is because part of the order was wrong. We ordered potato wedges and paid extra for them, but got chips. The quality of the food was delicious, but incorrect. There wasn’t even a mention from the delivery man stating the wedges are off and a refund will be given. Not very good service in that respect. The salad was pitiful too. Just lettuce, onion and a couple of slices of tomato! Also, the description stated there is a choice of chips, sweet potato chips or salad, on choosing, there was not sweet potato chips.

Lovely food, didn't mind the wait as it was so fresh & tasty. Vegetarian choices were a really nice surprise as a lot of places don't have this variety. Will definitely be going back!

I am not the person to complain in fact this is my first ever complaint but AVOID at all costs. Ordering food for my sons birthday who had 5 of his friends around and every child going back home without having their tea, burger was like rock, salad had a strong smell and a off taste. After calling serval times their staff have no idea what to do and having being a waitress my self this is absolutely socking to believe these kind of places can still run a business

Ordered a vegan cheese pizza through Crosby Eats (+£2 charge) only to be delivered a normal cheese pizza. This is a common mistake, so I contacted the restaurant only to be told they do not offer vegan cheese and had intentionally ignored the request, adding regular cheese.I requested a refund only to be told to contact Crosby Eats who themselves were told the restaurant had no memory of the order.This is obviously not acceptable and lucky that we are able to tell the difference between vegan and regular cheese.It's a shame as we have enjoyed ordering from here in the past.

Ordered via the Crosby Eats app at 21:00 on a Saturday night. Delivery was ASAP and was advised at 21:50 on the app, which was never updated. At 22:20 I rang the number on the app which was a mobile and whoever answer said to ring the shop, which kind of negates the object of having that number in the Crosby Eats app.Eventually after 5 attempts spoke to the shop who said it was on the way. Eventually arrived at 22:35. So don't expect delivery on time, especially ially at peak times. Unlike other takeaways, rather than declining orders when they know they're too busy they'd rather keep you waiting.That said, when the food did arrive it was relatively hot. The fries had a bit too much salt on them, but the crunchy chicken wrap was good. Pizza was okay, tasted a bit plasticky towards the end for some reason. Milkshake (white kinder Bueno) was okay. Wouldnt pay full price but they seem to constantly have 30% off so I'd consider ordering again outside peak hours but never when I'm actually hungry.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Food was overcooked, lettuce & veg was off, ordered sweet potato fries with some of the meals so called for ages couldn't get through, when we did he put the phone down. Went over to the takeout with the food & the customer service was absolutely shocking, left with a screaming match with the rude horrid guy... Absolutely appalled!!! Ordered on Uber eats , called several times as had no update on delivery time and no answer. It arrived 30 mins later than latest delivery time ( 1.5 hours since order made) I made written requests for less cheese and more olives but instead got extra cheese and only 2/3 olives on the whole pizza!
