Visited a few weeks ago,looking for farrow and ball paint,found what I wanted,good selection,extremely helpful lady,recommend a visit...bit tricky to park,went on pub carpark nextdoor

Both myself and multiple friends of mine. Have always had glowing reviews and great things to say about Millan Interiors. we’ve used the paints to decorate my Bedroom and multiple rooms in my house. All curtains and blinds have been made by Millan and even some wall papers have been used from there.All staff have been friendly, and informative, and willing to do whatever they possibly can to provide the best quality service. And the work is affordable and a very high standard. Deadlines are always met, i requested a little more in a short space of time and they have gone above and beyond my expectations.I’d highly recommend Millan Interiors to anyone looking for any of the services or product range that they provide.There isn’t anywhere in the area that have a patch on the work Millan does.

Unhelpful and unapproachable on my first visit for tester pots, I took my husband in the next time as we wanted to look at finishes for Farrow and Ball paint. This time we were welcomed and given advice on finishes etc. It was a Friday and we needed the paint for our decorator starting the following Friday, she advised that as long as we ordered by Tuesday it would arrive on Thursday and very very rarely it would arrive on the Friday. As we always try and support local businesses we placed the order there and then and called once we got home an 30 mins later to make payment over the phone.Thursday arrived and no phone call to advise of the delivery so I called at 3:30 and was told it had just arrived, we agreed to collect shortly.20mins later I had another phone call saying everyone else’s orders were there but not ours, and that she had phoned Farrow and Ball who were dispatching it today (Thursday!) and that it would be there on Monday, the lady then proceeded to advise how she couldn’t see an issue and that if they dispatch it today surely it would be hear tomorrow?! I was speechless! We had the decorator arriving in under 24 hours, no paint and no help or advice! She was shocked when I said it was unacceptable and that she knew our deadline, and that we would need a refund. She then hurried off the phone as she said she would need to cancel the order.Mistakes happen and on this occasion I truly believe the paint hadn’t been ordered. I understand mistakes happen but the blow can be softened if you have some form of solution, i.e the name of another local stockist, or details of who you have checked stock locally with etc. not just phoning up, dropping the bombshell and expecting the customer to deal with it!I jumped off the phone grabbed my laptop and googled Farrow and Ball stockist near me and luckily the Farrow and Ball showroom in Manchester came up, quick phone, lovely helpful lady reserved the stock, told me the best place to park and that they were open until 5:30 but to let them know if I get stuck as they would stay late! Thats customer service!On my way to Manchester i had to phone Milan interiors with bank details for the refund as requested on the earlier call, the lady answered and said she had a customer and would ring me back. When she did call I began giving her the details and she started saying abruptly that I could call in with my card that evening?! I responded by saying how I was unable to as I’m now on my way into Manchester city centre to try and get the paint in time!I will NEVER use them again, no excuses for poor customer service.

This is a great place if you are looking for ideas! The owners are so patient, knowledgable and helpful. Fantastic display of Farrow and Ball paint too. Lovely gifts for the home on display, cant resist!

My wife continuously buys quality paints here and then changes her mind and buys other paints here.

Nice store but they forgot to order our paint leaving us with no paint, the day before the decorator was arriving.
