The ground floor has 4.3 meter ceiling height and mezzanine levels, concrete floors and huge factory style windows. The first floor has 3.3m ceiling heights, concrete floors, large with overhead storage bays and huge factory type windows. There is 24 hour access and out of hours security guard at a gate to the site. We offer workspace exclusively to practicing Fine Artists on this site.
